Return and Refund Policy – Nirog Mart

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a product, request a refund, and the steps involved in the process.

1. General Return Guidelines

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. You are eligible to request a return or replacement under the following general conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • The product has expired or is close to expiry at the time of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products (unless found to be defective).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Products purchased under “Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-returnable” tags.

  • Health supplements or personal care items once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • After 7 days, the product is considered accepted and non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect covered under warranty (if applicable).


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Nirogmart09@grgdpk92gmail.com  with your Order ID, name, and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear images or videos of the product if it is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  3. Our support team will assess your request and may contact you for additional information.

  4. If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  5. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility.

  6. Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.


4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • It must be returned along with the invoice, price tags, freebies (if any), and inner seals (if any) intact.

  • The reverse pickup should be made using our assigned logistics partner.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined, and the item will be sent back to you.


5. Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement for items that fall under the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item received is defective, damaged, or expired

  • Packaging is tampered with or opened

Replacements will be shipped only after we receive and verify the returned item. If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your order before it is shipped

  • You return a product and it passes quality checks

  • We are unable to ship your product for any reason

  • Replacement is not available for returned item

Mode of Refund:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to credit the refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are marked as non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory concerns:

  • Opened consumables or health supplements

  • Ayurvedic medicines once unsealed

  • Personal care and intimate hygiene products

  • Customized orders

  • Gift cards or vouchers

These items are only eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.


8. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched by calling or emailing us.

  • Prepaid orders will be fully refunded within 7 working days.

After Shipment:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may refuse delivery, and a refund will be issued after the package is returned to us and inspected.


9. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives with a damaged item, or any product is missing from your package:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear pictures and details with our support team.

  • We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or process a refund.


10. Return Shipping

  • For eligible return cases, reverse pickup is free of charge.

  • For non-eligible returns or items sent without approval, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed, and the product may be sent back.


11. Customer Responsibilities

To help us process your return/refund smoothly:

  • Always check the package at the time of delivery.

  • Save your receipt/invoice for future reference.

  • Contact us immediately if anything seems incorrect or damaged.
