Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Medicines, supplements, oils, and consumables
- Products purchased during sale or discount
Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order ID, issue details, and images/video
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 working days
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
